Fall Flavors I Offered in my Microbakery in 2025

Fall is notorious for all its delicious flavors. It’s also widely known amongst the baking community that this is the busiest time of year for baked goods! Every September I start ramping up my fall treat production along with my seasonal sourdough flavors. I’ve compiled a list of everything “fall” that I’ve made for the stand this year so far!

This list will be updated at I bake more throughout the season so be sure to save or pin!

Fall Sourdough Loaf Inclusions

These are the fall loaf inclusions that I’ve offered so far this fall. I’ll quickly include how I incorporate them into my base recipe.

Added to base recipe per 500g flour:

  • 50g sugar (initial mix)
  • 70g Dried Cranberries (rehydrated,drained, and added at end of the final mix)
  • 60g Chopped Walnuts (added at end of the final mix)
  • Dash of Cinnamon (over cranberries)

Added to base Recipe per 500g flour:

  • 50g sugar
  • 100g Pumpkin (added as bassinage)
  • 70g Raisins (rehydrated, drained, and added at the end of the final mix)
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (mixed with raisins)

Added to base Recipe per 500g flour:

  • 50g sugar
  • 100g Pumpkin (added as bassinage)
  • 150g Chocolate Chips (end of final mix)
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (end of final mix)

Fall Cookie Flavors and Treats

Fall treats are super popular at the stand, so I make it a point to make extra during the fall months!

  • Sugared Maple Blondies
  • Pumpkin Streusel Muffins
  • Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls
  • Dirty Chai Blondies
